The School of Economics, XIM University, Bhubaneswar, organised an Investor Awareness Training Programme of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), jointly organised by AMFI and the School of Economics, XIM University, on 9 September 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The programme was designed to enhance students’ awareness and understanding of financial instruments, investment avenues, and sound investment practices. It provided participants with practical insights into various investment options and helped them develop informed financial decision-making skills.
The training was particularly relevant for students as they prepared for their upcoming Summer Internship Programme, equipping them with practical financial knowledge that contributed to both their academic learning and professional development.
Through this initiative, the School of Economics sought to promote financial literacy, responsible investing, and informed participation in financial markets among students.
